Lead times vary by product. Bouquets typically take 5–10 business days, garments 10–21 business days, and accessories 5–7 business days — all from date of deposit. We'll confirm your exact timeline on WhatsApp before we begin.
We require a 50% deposit to begin your order. The remaining 50% is due once your piece is completed and before it's shipped or collected. We'll send through payment details on WhatsApp after confirming your order details.
Absolutely! We send progress photos along the way so you can see your piece coming together stitch by stitch. If something isn't quite right, we can adjust before it's finished.
That's totally fine! Submit what you have and we'll chat on WhatsApp to help bring your idea to life. Sometimes a vibe, a colour mood board, or even a Pinterest pin is enough to start with. We love a creative brief.
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis — reach out on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
